SHIPPING POLICY

We welcome you here, fellow tea enthusiasts! We hope you love The Tea Poet as much as we love creating exciting and interesting teas for you.

We will provide the estimated delivery date after placing an order and include that date in your order confirmation email. We do our best to fulfil your product within 2 to 3 days, possibly earlier. If we notice any issues with the address or anything else, we will contact you to try to resolve the issue. Please provide your most frequently checked email to quickly resolve any issues should they arise. We carefully inspect every order in our warehouse, with no involvement from third-party fulfillment companies, to offer the best shipping solution for you.

HOW ARE YOUR TEAS PACKAGED?

Aside from the quality of our tea blend, we ensured that our packaging also provides extra care for your product. We use bubble wraps to increase cushioning for additional item protection.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, we are only selling in Canada and the US. We ship using CANADA POST domestically in Canada and the US. After the order has been fulfilled, you will be emailed the tracking number. This would be helpful in case of delays or other events. Make sure emails from [email protected] are accepted by your email. If not, they might automatically go to the spam folder, and you won’t receive your tracking information.
